I have been a student of Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation for over 15 years. I have also been a craniosacral/massage therapist for over 11 years.
Over the last few years I let most of that that slip. I let myself put on a lot of weight and damaged my health. There have been a lot of life challenges that distracted me and allowed me to be unconscious around my health, but it’s time to regroup and get back on track.
I plan to do that with Qigong.
