With this website I will be documenting my exploration of Qigong and the effects it has on my health. The audience will be people looking for a meditative and relaxing way to improve their health, meditators looking for a form of moving meditation, and people who are already familiar with qigong and are looking for camaraderie.

I will be adding posts that will include instruction of the Qigong forms, and share my experiences with each of the these forms. I am doing this to illustrate to others (and myself) the benefits of Qigong. I am doing it for anyone who is experiencing similar health issues as I am and wants to invite health back into their life.
